To qualify, organizations must first enroll their assessors into the GEA Certified Assessor program (if deemed eligible), where they are required to complete training and achieve certification. Upon meeting these requirements, the organization may be licensed as a GLAB, operating under strict governance standards and serving as a regional implementation arm within GEA’s global ecosystem.
